People planning private parties who may have little experience requesting bands should bear in mind several things:

* When you write/call us, have some idea of the time frame that you want us to play?  
*   Is there an ADEQUATE power supply available for us to all plug equipment into?
* Is there adequate Covered area outdoors in the event of rain?
* Know that youre not just paying for our performance...youre also paying us to haul a   substantial   amount   of equipment to a location, and also tear it all down and transfer it back to our vehicles- This is often as much time/work as the actual performance.
